If you should go out in the sun, beach or want to wear short sleeves and shorts you should always use sunscreen while in the sun. Apply sunscreen 30 minutes before going out and reapply every sun screen every two hours, after sweating or after being in water.
Nothing makes your skin look more like a catcher’s mitt than smoking. Smoking makes your skin look older and contributes to wrinkles.
While smoking it narrows your blood vessels thereby decreasing blood flow and depleting the skin of oxygen and nutrients like as vitamin A.
Smoking also damages collagen and elastin which are fibers that give your skin its strength and elasticity. Without collagen and elastin the skin starts to sag.
Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains and a lean protein is good for the skin. Fatty foods like deep fried foods and grease help contribute to oily skin. By eating all natural foods that are not processed damages the skin with unwanted nutrients and food not found natural in the nature.
Uncontrolled stress can make your skin more sensitive and trigger acne breakouts and other skin problems. Worrying creates worry lines and helps contribute to unwanted balance in the body.
