You cannot watch TV these days and not hear about the latest episodes on Mel Gibson. He has been in the news lately about the leaked audio tapes with his ex wife Oksana Grigorieva. These audio tapes show a ranting Gibson launching a barrage of verbal and violent threats to his now estranged wife.

The explicit audio tapes record many conversation of Gibson as he barrages his wife.

At one point, Oksana fights back and says, “You are very mean,” and this sends Mel over the edge again. He launches into a boiling mad diatribe, saying:

“Yeah, you know what mean is now, don’t you? So don’t call me mean when I’m nice to you. Because I’d like to show you what mean really is. B*tch, c*nt, wh*re, gold digger! All true! You f*cking proved it to me! If you’re ever interested in proving otherwise, let me know. If you don’t care, I know you know what you are too.

“Look at yourself. And look what you’ve done. Look what you’ve f*cking done! Look at your son. He’s a f*cking mess. You f*cking excuse for a mother. You’re a f*cking bitch!”

If it hasn’t got any worse for the former Brave Heart star and director eOnline has now released a interview with Gibson’s mistress Violet Kowal, who says she had an intimate relationship with the actor between July 2009 and last January.

He seemed like he was on edge,” Kowal says in an exclusive interview with E! News, airing Thursday at 7 p.m. “He can snap. The nice guy can suddenly be a guy who is angry and aggressive.”

Kowal says, she and Gibson got together seven times to talk and have sex, saying they “had a really good time.”

But when the media learned of their romance, Kowal says, Gibson showed a different side.

“He got very angry,” she says. “He called me up. He was very scary. He was screaming. He said he would make me suffer. He didn’t want the relationship to come out. He blamed me for the situation. He called me up, he screamed at me and threatened me on the phone. He was furious. He was losing

Now amid the rants to his former wife and now affair with a mistress there are claims that Gibson has been using human growth hormone.

Gibson who has always been into health has tried to maintain his physical appeal and body shape. His use of alcohol and cigarette are well documented but it looks like Gibson is trying a short cut to maintain his body image.

Violet Kowal his revealed mistress has stated that she has witness Gibson using HGH.

“His pantry looks like a GNC store,” she describes, adding that she once witnessed him taking out a tool that “looked like a pen” and telling her, “That’s human growth hormone.”

Then “he lifted his shirt and he injected himself.”

Kowal stated that she and Gibson often talked about health and fitness.

Human growth hormone has been referred to as the anti aging drug. It has been used by many sports athletes to improve their performance with increase muscle mass, speed and endurance.
